ON-THE-JOB INJURIES

Workers Compensation Insurance ( work comp )
covers chiropractic care in New York State for
spinal-related injuries including back pain, sciatica,
and neck pain from lifting, slips and falls, and
repetitive, as well as ergonomic, injuries.

If you are injured on the job, you are required to file a
claim with the Workers Compensation Board.

Dr. Berney is licensed to treat your workers comp
injuries and file those claims with the Compensation
Board and appropriate insurance carrier.
